Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, Germany and Austria. No minimum purchase is required.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery is estimated at 4–8 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates may vary slightly because of carrier or customs delays outside our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. No separate tracking page is included while Parcel Panel remains deferred.

Customs and Import Charges: Where applicable, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@calyvena.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
